Umpqua Dairy LITE Egg Nog - New in 2008 (Seasonal Oct - Dec)

Our homogenized Lite Egg Nog is a rBST Hormone Free*, pasteurized Grade A 1% lowfat milk with Vitamin D3 added prior to pasteurization. It is a standard 1% lowfat milkfat product, with pasteurized eggs and a special blend of holiday spices. It has a creamy texture, is very sweet and flavored with nutmeg, cinnamon and a special blend of holiday spices. It is available for the holiday season each year. It has 77% less fat and 28% fewer calories than our Old Fashion Egg Nog

*The FDA has said that no significant difference has been shown and no test can distinguish between milk from rBST treated and untreated cows.

Special Note: You can preserve your favorite holiday drink. Our Lite Egg Nog can be frozen for up to sic months in your freezer. Allow to thaw completely in your refrigerator and shake well before drinking.
