Our 4% Small Curd Cottage Cheese is a rBST Hormone Free*, pasteurized Grade A small curd cultured creamed cottage cheese. It has a pleasant, fresh taste with small curds, dressed with 4% butterfat sweet cream and a pinch of salt.
