Our 1 1/2% Low Fat Cottage Cheese is a rBST Hormone Free*, pasteurized Grade A small curd cultured creamed cottage cheese. It has a pleasant, fresh taste with small curds, dressed with 1 1/2% butterfat sweet cream and a pinch of salt.
