Our Skim Rich Fat Free Milk is a rBST Hormone Free*, pasteurized, homogenized, Grade A fat free milk with Vitamin A Palmitate and Vitamin D3 added prior to pasteurization. An all natural carregeenan stabilzer is added to give it the taste and texture of 2% milk, without the fat. It is a standard 0% milkfat product that has a pleasantly sweet, subtle and fresh taste.
