Our Cultured Lowfat Buttermilk is a rBST Hormone Free*, pasteurized, homogenized, Grade A cultured lowfat milk with Vitamin A Palmitate, Vitamin D3 and lactic acid-producing bacterial cultures added. It has a smooth, thick and creamy consistancy.
